Your data will be collected when you contact us or place an order via the Liebaert Invest website. In these forms, only the data necessary to provide a proposal or service is requested, such as your name, email address, phone number, address and possibly your message.

Retention period
Your data is retained by Liebaert Invest for a longer period, but never longer than necessary to carry out activities, unless we are required by law to retain your data longer.

When you contact us or place an order via the Liebaert Invest website, the data you provide, such as your name, company name, email address and address, is stored in the database. This data is retained for a maximum of two years.

Do you not want Liebaert Invest to use your data? Then you have the right to object to the use of your personal data.
You can exercise these rights via info@liebaertinvest.be by providing a copy of your ID, with the photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport and the national registration number made unreadable. We aim to respond within one week.
Obligations
Liebaert Invest processes personal data based on a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes offering services or products via email. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
The data that must be provided are the minimum necessary to offer the services or products. For example, your email address is required to send the newsletter. If these mandatory data are not provided, Liebaert Invest cannot offer the relevant service.
If necessary, the data you have shared with Liebaert Invest may be shared with parties other than those mentioned above (for example to provide a service), but only with your prior consent.
Liebaert Invest reserves the right to disclose data when required by law or when Liebaert Invest deems it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Liebaert Invest.
